I'm shy around people I don't know... I'm NOT a salesperson... and I definitely didn't "have time for this!!"
Of all the things that Scentsy had taught me, #1 is that doing the thing that makes you feel uncomfortable can change your life. If you don't step forward you're always in the same place.
Back in 2008 I attended a home party and fell in love with Baked Apple Pie Scentsy and realized I would never have black smoke and soot in my home ever again. The concept of a light bulb warming wax instead of a burning flame is a brilliant, safe concept. LOVE FOR THE PRODUCT? CHECK!
Hosting a party? I had never done that before. I had no interest. But I did it anyway, and got TONS of free product. Guess what else I learned? My friends and family loved this stuff, too. SCENTSY APPEALS TO EVERYONE! CHECK!
Then I decided I could use some extra income to supplement my full time job. I figured if I did a few parties each month I could afford a new car that I had my eye on. I ordered the $99 kit and was on my way. My first, and smallest check was $340. I had more than tripled my investment in month #1.
Since I started I’ve been on over 17 trips! 17!! I had never been anywhere and now I’ve been on 17trips! From Hawaii… to Vegas… to Cancun… to Denver… to Dominican Republic…to Nashville... to Bahamas.. Costa Rica.. and the list goes on!
When I met Scentsy, I loved it because of the product. Today I love it because it 100% absolutely CHANGED my ENTIRE LIFE! My story has changed a lot through the years. Today, because of Scentsy, I have made new friends… some of them are now some of my BEST friends. I have helped inspire others to believe in themselves and understand they are in control of their finances and their future.
I have made MEMORIES that will last a lifetime. I have helped people keep going when they wanted to give up. I have been able to afford things I couldn't before... and do things I never thought I'd do like speak on stage in front of over 800 consultants!
Money doesn’t buy happiness. But money can STRESS YOU OUT when you don’t have it. Lack of money can ruin relationships.
